3 would look good if you plan on lowering your car. but other then that I would say go with 1

2 is too many spokes, or whatever you want to call it.
3 has too much space between the spokes.
1 is more of my style, so I'd go with 1.

1 would look better on a shorter and stubbier cars compared to a Celica, ie. a Civic hatch
