Figured I'd start a new thread so there's less stuff to scroll through for the goods. This underglow kit is made by Varad [varad.com] and it's L.E.Ds not neon tubes. thumbsup This is the latest set they've made so the strip of LEDs is just a flat, flexible strip that is extremely easy to install, mount and lights up wicked ass bright. All the ice is melting off our roads so the underside of my car is filthy eek and they're still bright!!! Please wait till the last pic has loaded thumbsup

Have you considered Frosting one side of the bulbs so that it will reflect better ?

If you get the LED undercar "KIT"
It comes with programed controller... has like few patterns with variable speed control... strobe, chase, glow, beat to music...
It doesn't spread the light as much as neon, but if you aren't close you won't noticea the little spoty light...
But over all color are great and it's bright...
Patterns are the best...
I love mine.. doesn't break.. had it for almost a year now..
My car is also lower more then 2 inch.. I scrape the front many time.. and still works like a charm..

Haha, hell ya. Street Fighter vs. SNK isn't the same with just one playa. I played for like twenty minutes in my driveway yesterday cause Ryu and Ken were just kicking such major ass for me.

My Kit cost about $375CDN. Mine is just flat color...no flashy patterns. The VARAD kit with the changeable patterns was $100 more. I didn't think I needed to spend $500 on illegal underglo so I went with the basic setup. They're wired from my battery to one of my Ignited switches on my switch panel. Thanks for all the thumbsup comments. I have always wanted to get an underglow kit but waited until I had a few more mods.

Sweet, I'm always looking for an excuse to use one of my Ignited switches. Sounds like my new mod thumbsup
