I read an issue of Import Tuner and came across a review about some grounding wires (I think they were grounding wires). It said that from this moddification, you could expect a 7-11 hp gain. How in the wide world of sports could this be possible?

Ummm, that may have been a joke. That is impossible unless something restrictive is being bypassed. But I doubt that is what is happening

actually this is true...i have read several articles in mags and seen dynos! although the most hp gained for the celica was around 4. still not bad for just upgrading the ground wires!
