Does anyone know what I can do to modify the governing system in my celica? I know that VVT-I engine can go way faster and I just need to know what to do about modifying it.
If anyone knows anything please give me a holla!

we dont... there is no governor for speed

fuel cutoff at a certain RPM is there... but there is no power above the RPM anyways.
