Possibly Gold-Line or Tanabe. They give close to a 2" drop.

The Eibach Sportlines would be more what your looking for than the Gold-Lines. But out of those, I would go with the Tanabe, which is what I was I wanted, until I realized coilovers would probably be better for me.

Sweet thanks! I noticed that Eibach Sportlines are the same price as the Tanabes..so i am going to go with Eibach

The sportlines are the only way to go. I put some on my friends civic very nice for they price. They work well with stock and aftermarket struts. Very aggressive looking drop that you wont regret!!

13" is alittle much, dont know if i could drive the car haha but a 2" is a nice drop.

spineyes Yeah, 2" is a key number. It seems to fit a lot of cars really nicely. When it comes to the Celica, I think you'll be pleased.
