Detailed the entire engine bay with a degreaser, and was looking at my red AEM CAI, and was wondering if there was a way to paint the rubber hoses that connect to it. I know it sounds stupid, but I think it would look better. I doubt that you can paint the rubber hoses because the paint would just flake off, so is there a type of colored hose (preferably red to match the intake) that I could swap the hoses that are on there now with? It would have to be a tough and flexible hose, and I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this, or thought about doing this, or knew of anything I could do. Don't flame me. I get bored, I can't sleep, and I have nothing else to do.

Hose techniques is really good. But if you don't want to spend that much money you can get some wire looms at a Pep-boys or Autozone for like 5 bucks.
Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.
