I've always liked the look of the antenna mounted on the roof. Looks much sleaker. Reception was okay, am reception was non existent. To boost reception, I added an additional antenna mounted on the inside of the windshield, just behind the rear view mirror, not even noticable really. Reception is excellent now smile. BTW, got my windows tinted 15% as well wink God I Love digital cammeras smile.

Excellent, i've also liked the way that the roof antenna looks.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

i would take of the roof antenna, it would look better with no antenna at all since you have the one behind your mirror

I dunno... I always loved the roof antenna look on the IS300 and GTI... but it just doesn't seem to flow with a car as low as the Z spineyes

Doesn't look bad... but antenna-less would be even better thumbsup

I listen to a lot of sports radio on am, thus the reason I went for the additional antenna. Yes, the roof one is functional. Not one of those fake stick on ones.
