ALWAYS get hood pins when you have a carbon fiber hood!!

i'ts extremely important (for safety reasons) and your hood shaking should be the least of your concerns.

without hoodpins, your carbon fiber hood CAN fly up and, besides this..it CAN be torn off by the wind. get hoodpins..no question about it.

Amen. Don't take the risk; it's not worth it!

it's also not just your carbon fiber hood being ripped off/flying off that should be your only concern. having your hood fly up while you are driving is a safety hazard in so manty ways...most people would slam their brakes/swerve and how safe is this?

and think about if your hood gets ripped off? where will it go? sure, it can fly off harmlessly to the side, but it can also fly into your winshield--or even into the windshield of another person. someone could be seriously injured and/or could die. it's that serious. again: get hoodpins.

^ Ha ha. Hoodpins = Good.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.
