as dark as your local law lets you go. the darker the better 'cuz that way people can't see what you have in the back seat.

dont go darker than 15% if you are getting a black film, they are hard to see out at night when too dark.

silver film you can go as few %s as you want, they wont affect visions at night.

Ive got 10% all around even 12 inches down on the windshield, and (knock on wood) never been pulled over. But, like everyone said, it's a b*tch to see out of at night.

I have 20% on my car, looks really good and never had any probs with police(legal limit 35%). I wanted 15, but the shop only went down to 20 an i was in a hurry =/

After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing, after all, as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true.

Go to 0%. Then get spinners so it looks like your wheels aren't moving when you drive. If you're lucky, the cops won't be able to see anyone in the car and will think that it moving is just an illusion.

I used to live in FLorida where they don't give an ass about tint because its so bright...I had 5% tint on my last vahicle and had to roll down the windows to be able to turn at night...I say if you want really dark then go 15% on the sides, and 20% on the back glass and you'd probably be ok

if you look at (grcelica) profile and look at his car it has 5% on the back and the two back sides and on the front it has 35%. can still see good and should not get hasled.cops just want to be able to see the people in the car.I have 5% all the way around on mine.you cant see in even in the day time with your hands on the glass.its hard to see at nite with no street lites have already paid my third fine but most cops leave me alone i just know where not to go and my three fines are from the same two cops go figure. thumbsup
REMEMBER---say you get 5% on the back remeber when it dries"bakes on" it will be darker. mine is 5% once it dried the light meter showed it as 3% any more questions just ask

28% in the front and 15% in the back is the darkest you can go in FL.

I have 30% in the front and 15% in the back...and yes, SOME Fl cops care about tint...I work at a court house and I see those types of tickets all the time. The cops usually don't pull people over just for their tint...they usually reserve those tickets if you start to piss them off laughsilly

Bling bling!!! LOL

Serously, In Alberta canada, you are NOT allowed to tint the side windows at all but people do it all the time. I have my side and wedge windows at 35% since I hate the look where the wedges are really dark, and the sides have nothing or not as much. They are dark but you can still see in a bit. Like the outline of my face but not my features.
