they have an all stainless stell version that should look much better...but you can't really see a header anyway so it should basically be an argument on reliablity and power gains...NOT how it looks.

ditto that. if it's around $250 as stated then i plan on getting that along with a shortram (probably rmm, maybe injen). exhaust will come later and then i should be sitting on about 10-15 extra horses whp perhaps.

any definite prices yet??

i'm also going to start checking power pages magazine (by import tuner)..they always have some nice goodies in there.

haha, true. but at least it shows there more worried about fine-tuning than sending out an inferior product. dc motorsports products are always worth waiting for.

besides, it's finished..they just need to start sending out order now.

Toyota doesn't have any monthly magazines specific to Toyota vehicles, do they? I was doing some looking at a book store, and it seems that almost all of the other car companies do it.

Ford for Mustangs and Focuses.
VW for god knows what.
BMW
Mercedes, etc.

no, toyota does not have a monthly magazine. this is because there is not enough interest.

-honda tuning is obviously around because of the extreme amount of honda owners interest in tuners

-same goes for mustangs & other fast fords--enough interest to sustain it.

-many luxury cars have interests outside of the actual owners and this supports magazines such a 'bimmer' and 'dupont registry' classifieds.

since the only toyota car that has been widely tuned was the supra (the celica and mr2-mrs are small-scale tuning), there is not near enough interest in toyota autos to make a magazine worth reading monthly. it would be nice to see a yearly edition though perhaps.

I have seen the DC headers like you and the quality is good not trial good, but good. Dc is a respectible company regardless of Toyota-Honda-Acura. Along as it's not something Volkswagon like Aerospeed The gains and dyno should be out by now. Am I late here? I've been gone a while. Does anyone know the gains or should I look into it further?

how would toyota be a sell-out if they had a monthly magazine?

toyota is in the business to make money (not be prestigious and make limited production cars like ferrari). if toyota possibly could make money off of a magazine--they would. not enough people would buy the magazine if they had one, so THAT is why they don't do it. not because they would be 'sell-outs'.

trust, i love toyota, but toyota is NOT a presitgioius company that bothers itself with what people would think if they made a magazine or not.

ceramic isn't that bad.

but anyway, yes, dc motorsports has a 100% stainless steel header of that exact type.

the one pictured is ceramic coated, but they are going to offer the all stainless steel one as well thumbsup
