2 questions here:
1) what is gonna give me the best increase in torque? i was thinking a CAI, but just wanted to check for sure, as well as any other options
2)i wanna paint the CELICA letters and the horizontal lines at the bottom of the frame of the door, was wondering if this was possible, or if it would scrape off to easy, if so, what would i use?? thanks

increasing the bore of your engine will give you the best torque results.
besides that, Turbo will help somewhat. (both are very expensive)
almost all bolt-ons (exhaust, cai, shortram, header) will decrease your initial torque, but increase your top-end torque by a few whp). so on the cheaper side a header would do best, then exhaust, then cai or shortram. but again..it will only be noticeable on the top-end. at low rpm's your torque will actually decrease.

I was under the impression that you couldn't increase the bore being that the cylinder walls are to thin...is this correct or am i tarded?
