so I finally got my rims on my car after waiting and waiting because the shipping got cluster-fu**ed (yes I'll post pics soon). The lug nuts are normal, and the center cap over the lug nuts has a special locking key and all thumbsup, but I was wondering about the McGard Gorilla wheel locks. confused..from what I've read on the threads here they seem to be the best, but do you think they would be worth it to put on. I'm not worried about the hassle of having to change things out or anything, I just want to do everything I can to make sure my wheels don't get jacked, even if I have to get 2 different sets of wheels locks or something...post it up

I'll tell you the truth: if someone really wants your rims, no wheel lock in the world is going to stop him.

But, as wheel locks go, those are supposed to be pretty good.

I got kyokugen (they just came in the mail today, in fact) grin

I think that any safety investment is a good investment. I say go for it. Especially when you pay for expensive rims, you want that to last.

Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.
