being as most of us are pissed about being ticketed for TRD, TSRM, and Kazuma exhaust...check this out...its regarding those Harley crews and their noise...makes me want to when I think about the fact that I've never seen a harley get pulled over for pipes... "Wolf complained of the noise in a May 22 letter to Rendell and the city investigated. From 11:18p.m. on May 25, to 12: 19 a.m. on May 26, the Philadelphia Air Management Services (PAMS) conducted a South Street Noise Survey in the 200 block of South Street. During the test, 18 motorcycles drove through the area creating decibel levels (dBA) at 127. The legal maximum, according to PAMS, is 84 dBA." WTF!!!!!
The same laws don't apply. I do agree, however, that everyone with one of those bikes should have his arms ripped off and be beaten to death with them.
I'm just a crosshair I'm just a shot away from you
about two weeks ago, heat and I were walking down Melrose (Hollywood, Beverly hills...etc) and down comes a bike, reving his stupidly loud exhaust as he crept' through the blvd at about 15mph...
...all the people sitting eating their food and those walking up and down just as we had been... boo'd the guy and many even gave him a very obvious thumbs down
it was so funny
It's not just your imagination... Your day really does go by twice as fast while on EverythingCelica.com
seriously...I live in the North suburbs of ATL and there are always bikes coming by my house (my best friend's parents have 2 harley fatboys and have friends over all the time)...I just found it strange that I've never heard of a biker getting a damn fix it ticket or having to go thru any hassle like that. But when someone comes by in a sport compact they think its someone with a bad attitude or a trouble maker or something...grrrrr
I. No person shall operate a motorcycle which has a measured noise level of more than 106 decibels on the decibel meter when measured 20 inches from the exhaust pipe at a 45 degree angle while the engine is operating at 2,800 revolutions per minute for one and 2 cylinder motorcycles and 3,500 revolutions per minute for any motorcycle with 3 or more cylinders.
