With the advice of isaac and the thought of saving some hard earned money I just cleaned my idle air control valve and throttle body. There were some noticeable build-up deposits as I began to spray away and a little black smoke from exhaust at first. Getting the straw from the can of throttle body cleaner to the IAC was tough w/out my car stalling and the lack of diminished light made it harder. I am going to give it another cleaning tomorrow with more light, just to be sure. I didn't drive around that much to comment on fluctuating idle or anything else and I don't have any pics to show. I'll try tomorrow or this weekend if I can.

Disconnect the Intake hose, and use a throttle body cleaner, and just wipe.

But that's just to clean the throttle body.

I wonder if there's a way that we can clean the whole Intake manifold?

I know that oil changing places will flush out your Intake system to "deteriorate any carbon deposits," but it's costly, and who knows if it actually works.

Those places always try and scam people.

You can take off the whole Intake manifold and use brake cleaner to clean the inside. Just let it sit

The little rectangle slit in throttle body is where to shot for. It takes some more maneuvering. Start the car and pull back the hose covering the throttle body just enough to get the straw in. On top or bottom and then spray away. Spray the little slit and the whole throttle body afterwards. If the engine bogs, pull back the throttle cable to give it gas and clear out the deposits or cleaner.

See the little hole right side. It is located on bottom of throttle body near left center.

After cleaning I noticed my car doesn't dip down to 200 RPMs or close stall anymore at a stop. In fact I had to re-adjust the throttle cable because I was now idling at 1000 RPMs or a little over from when I tightened the throttle cable some time ago.
