Does anyone knows how, where, or who to contact to get a 00-03 blitz supercharger?

Blitz supercharger fits without modified hood. Front mounted intercooler though so if you've got aftermarket front bumper, make sure its compatible.

it's still not available in the states. blitz is still reprogramming the ecu for best results with american grade octane ratings.

35 horses just doesn't seem worth that price to me. That is about what the gains are right?

you should be able to get about 198-200 whp out of it. thats about a 40 whp gain if you use an average of 160 whp for a stock celica gts.

sure, it's 'only' for horses for 5k, but superchargers are generally more reliable than Turbos plus the gains are immediate (no wait for spool-up) and that means you can use the power for everday driving.

40bhp might not sound like much in terms of power, but think, its the difference between a GTS and a GT, which is huge. And the difference in price new is like the price of the supercharger.

With a decent setup, exhaust etc. you'll be looking at 250bhp easily. Might not seem like a big step up but you'll be winning races against Porsche Boxsters with a measly 228bhp. Something to think about. Until you actually drive one with the conversion, you won't really know how quick it is, but from reviews I've read its definitely worth it.

nitrous is the cheapest horse-per-dollar. however, for everyday driving it's not usefull (obviously). with a supercharger, you will get gains even in the low rpms (which Turbos have trouble with).

We need someone to actually buy the Blitz Supercharer, get it installed and then tell us all about it. But when you're talking about that much money, everyone wants to wait to find out about reliability and so on. I'd go out and buy it tommorow because Blitz are one of the most reputable tuners in the world and they've probably thoroughly tested it, but I also have to think about my three year warranty.

kind of hard for people to buy it when blitz isn't selling it yet (it's only available in the jdm right now). there are only two blitz supercharger equipped celicas in the states right now (i know you live in europe-just saying), and thats still not with reprogrammed ecu for american-spec cars.

the 40 whp gain shown in the dynos above would probably be better once blitz reconfigures the ecu for american grade octane gas. thumbsup

man you guys are behind the times. lol

I dont think he posts here often but gnes100 has the blitz S/C

he dynoed at 210 whp and 180 something wtq just 2 weeks go.

I also have vids of us racing months ago.

it's an awesome feeing BUT would get better power out of the SF Turbo kit.

www.staffordfabrication.com [staffordfabrication.com] after seeing the kit in person on my teamates car I was amazed. very nice. base kit puts down 240 whp.

how small is the spool on the strafford Turbo? (how much lag till you feel power, basically)
