I was just curious if anyone had tried the TRD cone air filter on their cai!?! I was thinking about getting one but it just looks to long to fit in between the Intake tubing and the fender wall. Anybody know?

i don't think it works..i think the male/female connections are different.

why not just use the k&n filter or k&n style filter? it's better than the trd anyway.

I have a K&N "X-Stream" filter. I remember a long time ago (on another forum) there were some people talking about whether or not the TRD filter would have any benefit, and since I thinking about gettin ga new filter I thought I'd look into other options.

They make cai's, just wasn't sure if the filter would fit. Isn't the K&N filter universal, just comes in a couple different sizes confused
