I was just looking at suprastore.com and saw the tanabe springs on clearence and im thinking about getting them. If i ordered that would that be all i needed for lowering my car or would i have to buy extra stuff? Also is 2" too much of a drop because im going to be getting 18" wheels also and i dont want to bottom out a lot. Please help. dont know much about this.

If your struts have a lot of miles on them, then it's a good time to buy new struts. This way you save yourself by not having to get everything installed twice. And 2" will look really nice with 18's.

What struts do you guys suggest for this drop? I've heard several mentioned before, but for cars that were higher than 2 inches.

If you get Eibach Sportlines (1.8"F-2.4"R) and Eibach Shocks all this Items will be covered by Eibach Warranty...
Eibach make Eibach shocks to be perfect for Eibach springs... Same with TRD or Tokico... But drop with TRD or Tokico combo will be higher than 2"...

how many miles too is factor in whether or not you should get struts. but if you are going to lowre you car 2 inches then yes get struts. eibach is prolly your best bet but if you want tanabe i heard they are good too. go with what you think is best though!

I do not think you will feel big deeference between Tunabe Eibach or Trd if it's the same drop...
Best for you is to buy Same brand Springs and Shocks they will last longer...
P.S.I do not know how many miles you have to ride on the Stock shocks with 2" drop 'till you kill 'em, but Tony (the Moderator) was driving on Sportlines and stock shocks for 2 years... Ask him.
