i know you will probably get the deepest bass from having them face the rear, but i know it will rattle like crazy.
i've seen some people with them facing up... how bad does that rattle?
and what about from the back facing the cabin?
i would be willing to sacrifice some sound in order for it not to rattle as bad. its terrible to see a nice looking car and hear it sound like sh1t from the outside.
at this point dynamat is not an option yet. what do you suggest?

either way, if you face them up or facing them towards rear you will still get rattle no matter what... you will need dynamat no matter what. but the subs facing the rear is the best.

at this point i'm just trying to get the car paid off, and there's other mods that i wanna take care of... *cough* springs *cough*. but about how much does it cost to dynamat the trunk? lets say just for the kit, and i do it myself, not paying a shop to do it.

Ya, its hella easy to do. Do you know how to open your glove compartment? If you answered yes, than you can install dynamat! And get the 90 dollar kit!
