i know w/ like meatballs you cant put the plastics back on after you put them on but can they be put back on w/ tycs?

i'm pretty sure these fit exactly as oem, you should be able to install the plastics back again. but yeah, i've seen those taillights you've mentioned.

the plastics? You dont have to take the plastics off. Just remove the two covers inside the hatch. Then remove the three ten mil bolts holding the lights in. Remove light, replace light, tighten with old bolts, and then put the covers back on!! Easy as that 1,2,3

take off both sider covers in the trunk...


get a 10mm wrench...


take the three bolts off that hold it on and the plugs for the lights and switch them.

there is this 1 screw that is pretty tough to get, im sure i could get but i think installing the reds would be harder. (the plastic is covering the wayy), is it just like that for the 03s or are all like that?

it's like that for all of them...

just use a wrench and squeeze your hand in there or have someone with smaller hands do it.
