just get a $4 can of engine block enamel good for 1200 degrees F.

Works just as well as that G2 stuff at a fraction of the cost.

$40 for paint, what a rip rofl

it also includes brake cleaner, brush, stir stick, instructions, and a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. You don't get all that with the cheap engine enamel paint. Plus, it looks DAMN GOOD tasty grin

brake cleaner is $4, brush is $1 don't need a stir stick or instructions...

I could buy enough paint to change the color a couple times if I wanted, or reapply it when it gets corroded from brake dust (G2 will as well) thumbsup

you're right, you don't need a stir stick. Instead, you need masking tape and paper so you don't get overspray on your car.

You also can't be as accurate with where you want the paint to go precisely on the brakes.

Why reapply when the cheap stuff wears out? Just do it once and be done with it.

No doubt it costs more, but let's be realistic: $40 for a ONE TIME application is still a REALLY CHEAP mod.

what do you do in 1-2 months and the brake dust has corroded the paint job?

My $4 looks great 2 months later spineyes

id say just leave the rear like it is unless you're going to be painting them silver or black.
