Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior please help with front coilovers

I just bought coilovers for my car and the back ones fit fine, however the front ones do not fit over the gold top cap of the strut. The outside diameter of the strut is 2.285, and the inside diameter of the coilover is 2.125. This is the second set of coilvers i bought and I have this same problem. Please let me know what i can do. I bought the coilovers online at Summit Racing. Please help
