The wife got me one of those new Arm and Hammer Auto Dry Car Wash kit. You know the one, watermarks and no drying. Well yesterday i got to try it for the first time, and man this thing is down right AWESOME!!! I thought it might work a little, but that i would still have dry the car. Man was i wrong. You use the "gun" that they give you (which is pretty cool in its own right) and wet the car, flip the switch to soap and soap it up (you do still have to use a sponge or mitt to clean the car) flip the switch back to rinse, then when the car is soap free, you turn it to Auto-dry. It looks like a glaze that come out of the gun, you spray it evenly over the car and walk away. It dries itself, and the best part is that it works! you still need to dry a spot here or there, but overall i would say that my drying time was cut down b 95% eek for under $20, this thing rocks!!!! thumbsup

same here. I'm just thinking that whatever chemical additive they have that makes the water dry up cannot be good for your paint job in the long run.

can you still use that "wax as you dry stuff" cause that would be bad ass, if i could just rinse then use the auto dry along with my wax as "i" dry stuff and not even have to touch the car

I guess what it does is, it de-ionizes the water, along with taking out all the impurites, and when it dries it dries to a streak free shine. and no it is not harmful to your paint.

i got it last week.. i dont like it. yes the AutoDry part works, no doubt. but the soap doesn't really clean the car.. and they dont want you to use any other car wash liquid.. personally i think it was waste of my money.

i used that and ended up only paying 8 bucks, advanced auto parts pricematched autozones price of $13.95

and as for the filter it takes out the impurities in the water as already stated, and the impurities are what cause spots

and also don't forget, for those of you who say it doesn't work, mr clean will give you up to 21.98 (which is the sugg. retail).
