... Yes. Of course it could hurt your motor. Those cars you listed above were MADE for a Turbo set up. Celica wasn't. Especially with the weak valves...
most cars that come with a factory Turbo do not have high psi's running through them. whereas most aftermarket Turbos run in the 6-8 psi range.
turbos wear down ANY engine (weak valves or not). a Turbo does hurt your celicas engine to answer your question. however, it does not significantly hurt it (instead of your celica lasting 20 years like a typical toyota yours might last 5 years less).
to most, the power gains are worth the loss in engine efficiency (i'm a part of this group)
ANY mod from CAI - nitrous - Turbo will be more harsh on your car then leaving it stock. If you are worried bout that you shouldnt mod your engine. stick to looks

what do you mean stock Turbo cars dont use a lot of boost, WRX uses 14.7 lbs stock
A boats a boat, but the mystery box could be anything....Even a boat!
turbos are not meant for the 1zz and 2zz engines, if you get them it would be wise to invest in internals including iron sleeves, the Turbo could seriously damage the all aluminum block under extreme pressure
