that's a tough question. some say it will, like the toyota dealership i went to, but it all depends on the warranty. but put it on, the power is great and you can always put your old airbox back on when you go to the dealership.
yeah, I had Toyota install mine, they said, unless the problem was specifically related to the intake, the warrenty was still good (something like hydrolocking the engine would not be covered for example).
