Anyone know how to remove the stock horn button to put on the trd one? Do you just pry off the stock one with a screwdriver or something?

As far as I know, the horn button is for the aftermarket steering wheels... you can't install it to your stock one.

All you need is a small butter knife, peel the TRD emblem off of the horn button, the use Lock-Tite to stick it on top of the stock steering wheel emblem.

Couldn't you also remove the stock toyota emblem and replace it with the trd one (after peeling it off with a knife)? I can't really be sure by your pic, but wouldn't it kinda be sticking out if you just put it over the old one?

well, if you have doubt, take the TRD emblem and place it over the stock one before glueing it. If that's not the look you want then try removing the stock one...which i have no clue how to do it. But, trust me, putting it on top of the stock will look just fine.
