oK HERES THE PROPBLEM. ANYONE WHO HAS THIS MODEL OF CAR ALARM / STARTER KNOWS THAT THE KEY CHAIN COMES WITH A LCD DISPLAY WITH A BUNCH OF ICONS ON IT THAT LIGHT UP AND TELL YOU BASIC THINGS ie. DOORS OPEN, CAR ARMED ETC...UP UNTIL A COUPLE DAYS AGO MY ALARM WENT OFF AND THE ICONS ON MY KEY CHAIN SAID THAT MY DOORS WERE UNLOCKED THUS THATS WHY THE ALARM WENT OFF. THE THING IS WHEN YOU ARM THE CAR THE DOORS LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. MOST OF THE TIME THE UNIT WORKS FINE BUT NOW AND THEN THE ALRAM WILL GO OFF AND SAY THAT MY DOORS ARE UNLOCKED. WTF. AND NOW SOMETIMES WHEN I GO TO DISARM THE ALARM THE KEY CHAIN GOES THOUGH ITS SEQUENCE LIKE I JUST PUT IN A NEW BATTERY. I'M THINKING IT MIGHT BE MY CAR BATTERY CAUSE I NOTICED MY PRESETS ON MY STEREO WERE RESETED. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS?

Spec, I got the same system and never had any problems. It may be your battery since you said your stereo presets were reset. What you should do is check the battery and if necessary take your car back to the people who installed the system. They'll just have to reprogram is and you'll be fine. It's an incredible system and you can't go wrong with it so don't be frustrated and don't think of getting something else. Just take it back to the shop and get it reprogrammed.
