wad up?? I just got my new deck from the Ins company, Kenw. 915 dvd and wanted to pick the brains of all the audio ppls. I was talking to my friend and he said that the dvd units require an additional power src. different from what a traditional cd player uses, is this true?? I have know idea cause this isnt what I had b-4. I upgraded through the dist. that state farm uses for only $265 Ive looked at the instructions and they are no help. Thanks thumbsup

NO, you should be fine using the original cables, it is made for a car spineyes, the only reason y you would use a bigger gauge cable is if it uses more current that the previous unit, but im pretty sure that ken made up for it inside the unit, your good to go thumbsup trust me, i ddo installs for almost everyone i know
