Does anyone know the size of the rubber donut for a Hotshot header. My exhaust leaks their and the closest toyota dealer or Napa is like 80 miles away. And I don't want to take it all apart to see the size. then go and drive to get one. so if anyone could help me out and tell me the size and where i could get one.

Call the place where you got ur header from and ask..they should be able to tell u, then call ur dealer or NAPA to check if they have it in stock b4 you take the full 160miles trip...i would hate to do that, i'd rather make a few phone call and make sure b4 driving around for nothing..Good luck.

wowzers...i had the same problem with my hotshot header..i WAS lookin for the donut gasket like you were, but i got referred all around shop to shop, and luckily i discovered this muffler shop that custom made my downpipe straight from the header..no more leaks! and uh...the custom pipe i got to fit the header was 2 1/4 inches so i hope that will help ya, good luck!

^^^ how much did you pay for ur custom pipe from header to muffler?? here they said it'll run around $150-180 that's only from the Cat. Converter to back and to weld on the universal muffler..they won't fabricate pipe that goes from Header to back (sux!!). let me know how much so i can compare. Thanks

i believe it was about $85..but thats only from the header to the cat. i already had custom piping from the cat n down, and yes i know most muffler shops don't wanna touch the pipes from the cat n up..but i guess this one i went to was willing to take the risk. keep searching u'll find a place like i did.
