just bought some meguiars hot rim wheel cleaner.. did it twice on each wheel, but still have black stuff on the rim.. how do i get this stuff off without harming my rim?

Get a sponge & try that. If it doesn't work, then either you chipped the finish on the wheel or it's a new excuse to get them powder coated.

Wheel cleaner only loosen it up you still have to use a towel or sponge like said above. Use armor-all on the tires to give them that wet look.
