Celica Forums General Discussion General P/W problems

My driver side window has been creeking downwards everytime i have it partially down, while driving. I think the mechanism that holds it up is failing but i wouldnt have any idea how to fix this problem. You can even push it down just by applying a little pressure on it (easy target for theft ). Any solutions?

hmmm. it does sound like something is failing in there. I suppose that you could pull off the door panel and check it out if you know what to look for.
Otherwise I'd suggest taking it in to Toyota.
