I have never ever seen or heard anything about a Celica with ITBs, only Honda drag cars and RB26 and SR20 race motors. It's very, very uncommon to see them on street cars.

Great throttle reponse though. tasty

I heard rumors of a 2zz in an mr2 that has ITB's. If it's true and if he'll share his setup info with me I might just try it out smile but we'll see. he hasnt gotten back to me yet. lol

isnt this like a big upgrade for american cars

i know some guys that put these in their camaros and firebirds as fast as we put in CAI's

i could be wrong tho.

i hear them say throttle bodies, but not "individual" is there a difference?

ITB's are a HUGE difference from just having a bigger tb. lol

ITB's = 0 low end power and 100% tope end power.

in other words on a gts there will be zero get up and go below 6K

anything after that and its all gravy, trick would be to see if you could convert to speed density, or find a way to incorporate the maf with some kind of air box.

there was a member on n c org who is willing to do it just needs someone to pay for materials.

btw i think little rocket spider from there is going to have them put on his car=hes a hp freak also, and running out of mods is bad frown

"Toyota 2ZZ 1800cc DOHC

Owing to extreme installation difficulties, and the complex nature of this design, we have decided to remove this from our future products.

It is possible to make throttles for the ENGINE but the installation in a Celica GTS is impractical."

Not gonna happen.
