I had one and liked it a lot, there just isn't very much storage space. Its pretty quick tho, faster than a GT, but not quite as quick as the GTS. Since it has the GT engine you could easily Turbo it. Overall good, as long as you don't mind the lack of storage and only two seats. Oh and the rear wheel drive is always a plus for spinning some D's.

No disrespect...

But the latest MR-2 will murder the latest GTS. The GTS has the advantage in the straights until it hits the corners.

Once the corners come in to play, the straightline advantage will pretty much be useless.

The 2 are similar but different.

i have both... MR-S and Celi GT ... i wouldnt wanna jus have a MR-S because there's no storage...

its a weekend driver.

Yes, we know this. But if someone says MR2 on a board that deals with Performance are you gonna think 1ZZ or 3S-GTE.. just call it an MR-S
