I have tree sap all over my car. I have tried washing it and scrubing and it wont come off. But i used it on the sap on my windsheild and it came right off in one swipe. Can I use goo gone on the body of my car or will it damage the paint? Or what if i used it then washed it right away. Please do not guess whether it will work or not i need someone who is 100% sure.

goo gone will work but it is mainly used for spot cleaning unless you get the spray.

mother's clay bar kit will be able to do your whole car muliple times.
