I had to take my PC downstairs and outside in order to record the sound of my Veilside exhaust. I made 3 mp3 records of 224kb/sec:
[1] at a distance of 1 meter [2] at close range [3] reving up from idle to 7k rpm, and 'zoom in and out' with the mic. (to get an idea how it sounds, close and at 2 meters distance)
But like everyone knows, recordings don't sound anything like "the real deal" Also there is a lot off difference while reving standing still, and driving at that same rpm...
personally i don't even think the records come close...but this is what you asked for
Also made some new (CLEAR) pics of the exhaust mounted under the car.
Not trying to be mean or anything but wat exactly do you like about your HUGE wing? BTW nice exhaust
Well i like it because it's HUGE No that's not really it, but i like how it flows with my car, also it looks way higher in the pics, than it is for real!
But it is one from Carbon Fiber (Varis), and a lot of Celica's use these types of wings in Japan on the circuits! It gives just that extra downforce in the rear when taking high speed corners! and not 2 much, like the ones for RWD
And it doesn't block my vision in the rear vieuw mirror!
But like i said many times before: Tuning is something you do for yourself, so i don't really mind that almost everyone on this forum dislikes it, as long as i like it...that counts And you have to remind that the tuning styles differ per country
nice sound man your wing isn't bad i'm from belgium maybe we can meet sometime
Well in the end of this year (30-10-2004 till 01-11-2004 if i'm correct) i'll probably be at the: - International Tuning Salon 2004 - in 'The Neckerhallen' (Mechelen, wich is in Belgium, as you most likely already know !)
BTW wich part of begium do you live? - The side of France or - The side of The Netherlands (wich would make it easier to communicate )
I just noticed the back of your car. I was looking at it for a very long time and am thinking "WTF is different about this back, it looks different but can't seem to figure it out" HAHAHA. It looks super nice. How did you do that?
