Sounds like BS to me, but so does the grounding kit. Has anyone ever measured the impeadance of the chasis that grounding wire is supposed to eliminate? I'm sure it's negligible, or else Toyota would have taken care of it. I think I have measured the grounds on my multimeter. The resistance is next to nothing.. on the order of 2 ohms.

I really think a load matching device would already be installed if it were needed. This page doesn't offer any suggestion as to how this would work. Factories with hundres of motors and machines don't use anything like this, nor do large office buildings. I'm not going to mention things like "imaginary power consumption".
