Well if your fogs are already plugged in confused they are not for your sidemarkers. I have no idea.
Maybe from one of your headlight plugs that was never plugged in. idunno

yeah, all headlight plugs are plugged in. that's why this is so weird. maybe it's some lighting that U.S. spec doesn't have but available in japan & euro? confused i guess i'll just trace the wire back or something. thanks though...

I saw that plug when I installed fog lamps, but I only saw one, and I couldn't plug to god lamps, so I this it might not for fog lamps.

how about a snow plow??

take it to the dealer and ask them... or lets find out what model years have them and which dont... then we can see if theres a feature on those that do have them, and what they arent used for, that they are being used for on the newer/older celicas... maybe HID's?

yah maybe hids idunnoor actually I'm thinking it could be the auto leveling plug for the hid headlamp

... okay nvm.. looking at the headlamp again its not the auto leveling plug.. see the below..

also nope not the horn either and yes the celica has two horns actually.. a hi and a low tone... ...just replaced one last week to a louder one grin

Don't wonder about plugs like that. they use the same leads/wires for several models (all?), so you're bound to find some hanging around. Had this "problem" in all the toyota's I've had so far. nothing to worry about, as long as everything's working wink

toyota isn't "wierd", they put all option plugs and wires for every single celica or car for that matter. If you don't have cruise control, that's probably your cruise plugs. All cars, whether they have options or not have the plug ups for it, so if you want the options later on, Toyota can just go back and put them on without having to start new wires in the harness. thumbsup

then I'd say it's just an optional plug from the wiring harness.
