Had this "problem" in all the toyota's I've had so far. nothing to worry about, as long as everything's working

If you don't have cruise control, that's probably your cruise plugs. All cars, whether they have options or not have the plug ups for it, so if you want the options later on, Toyota can just go back and put them on without having to start new wires in the harness.
