^^^ am I missing something here? Maybe I don't quite understand? Any way, I'm liking the house so far. I wouldn't dump more into my ride especially with a house being built. Priorities are first, like your house. Your car can wait or just don't spend money on it, unless you can afford to.

we could have gotten a three car garage but it's a little bit more money. also i don't see the need to have a three car garage when we only have two cars. the house is already too big( 4 bedrooms, 2.05 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 family room and a loft)total living area 2818 sqft and with garage included( 3418sq ft) for two people only( my wife and me).:)
behind the house and on the right hand side are only trees. i know it won't stay like that for too long but for the moment it's perfect. you never know who to expect as a neighboor.
i can't wait to move, i'm tired of living in an appartment complex. also i'm pretty sure that the celica will be on hold for quite some time. especially the first 6 months. my main focus right now is the house and i know that there are lots of projects awaiting me ( paint, wall paper, tiles...etc) so i'll be quite busy and broke;).;) .enclosed is a picture of the house finished( model). hope you'll like it.
