i recommend Tokico HP shocks/springs.

they are great.

I got Tanabe GF210 (stands for grip feel) springs and I love them, nice drop (1.5"), stiff, no ghetto hop. I put them on KYB GR2 struts. Got it all from www.suprastore.com [suprastore.com], if you want the GFs you have to ask, not listed on there site.
