Depends I guess. The site I stole that pic from was charging $17.00. I don't remember what I paid. I just did a quick search and found another site charging $13.95.

Me too. Cleaned my filter twice already. Really easy. Just be sure to let it air dry overnight. No hair dryer, no heat, no fan just let it sit & dry.
