i have heard something about Intakes and inspection...
i have heard that you have to take out your Intake inorder to pass...but if the inspection places look for defects and emission tests then why would an Intake cause someone to fail an inspection...the Intake doesn't have any defects and it passes emmisions...so why do people fail for having it in there???
its only because stock ecu sometimes struggles to adjust to an aftermarket part.. with PFC you shouldnt have a problem since you can tune your settings to any changes to your car. but no its not always on
I don't believe so... as long as nothing untoward is going on you'll be ok - a lot of flashing lights on the dashboard is cause for concern obviously. As the other guy said, an Intake which isn't causing a CEL is no problem
you can pass with pfc as long as they dont try to hook up a scanner to the car lol since pfc isnt obd readable they will see nothing an you could fail. I've heard 1 person "claim" to have passed with the pfc although I recomend putting the stock ecu back in
