take the needles off, put them back on at exactly zero, put the key in to 'on' leave it for like 15 seconds then start it and they should reset themselves! thumbsup

remove gauge cluster. Open hood. Plug in the cluster to the plug under the hood. Start the car. Rev it a lil. This will recalibrate and you'll be set to go.

i heard you use nail polish remover or brake cleaner to wipe the paint off the back of the needle.. you can leave it clear or repaint it to the coresponding color of the LED's

i'm having second thoughts to doing this myself. was supposed to do it this weekend. maybe you should keep it that way and if you get pulled over just tell the officer you didn't know how fast you were going! rofl j/k. If you tried the suggestions and they didn't work i would take it to the dealership.

CLOS...I had this problem when I reinstalled my gauges too...here is how I fixed it...take the gauges off of the blue and white plugs you have pictured above...turn your key to the on position, and let it sit for about 15-20 seconds...then plug your gauges back into the blue and white sockets...you'll see the needles jump and then reset themselves back at Zero...then turn the engine over (Start your car)and it will be fine...if not, then take the needles off and place them at zero, and repeat the procedure...you'll be fine

just follow wut the guys said at the top. take off the needle, put it back on firmly, unplug, turn on ignition, wait, plug, turn on car. if doesnt work, do wut the other guy said. or look for RECALIBRATE in installs sections. very easy
