I'm trying to program my G-Tech as accurately as possible and I'm having a hard time tracking down a weigh station, so I can enter in the correct weight.

car weighs approx. 2500lbs (gts model). get a gallon of gas, weigh it, and then multiply by 13.5 (tank size). add ur weight on it and you get the actual weight. or else go to these warehouse thingies, they have weighing machines installed on the ground.

I weighed my car on the scales at a friend's workplace. He fills tanker trucks with oil for road construction. I filled the tank right before I went. Total weight of car, fuel and driver (I weigh 190 pounds) was 2820 pounds. I had the few mods that are shown in my profile plus maybe 20 pounds of stuff in the glove box and under the hatch.

Finally, a real world answer, thank you.

Btw, I like those Icon rims thumbsup

It's been my experience that factory stats like curb weight, gas mileage, hp, tq etc are calculated by the manufacture under ideal and overly optimistic conditions. Real world street stats are often a different story.

Eventually I'll find a weight station for mine but in the meantime your figure will give me a better idea what to enter into my g-tech.
