Quiet Whirring Type Noise When Turning Corners 2003 Celica GT

Can anyone help me figure out what this might be? It usually happens when I turn corners. It is a very quiet whirring almost mouse-like squeeking noise when I turn corners. It happens constantly while I drive. At first I thought it was my shoe squeeking on the clutch pedal, but it's not! Please help!

Check your steering colum it might need oil or somthing or your power steering fluids.
