Just my luck eh?, I was on my way home from Ocean City, trying to make the best of my day, except for that it rained the entire day... and on my way home my clutch completely went out, in a smelly smoking glory. I was stuck 107 miles from home with a car that wouldn't move at all. MD Police offered no help whatsoever, they just made sure I was ok then drove away. Pigs... Anyways has this happened to anyone else around 80k miles? I don't drive the car hard and don't burn the clutch up, so I'm pretty sure it's not my driving wink Also 90% of time on the car is highway miles not stop-go traffic. This pissed me off more because I paid 364$ to have it towed to the dealer, and they said it wasn't covered by my warranty. I'm not very happy. I got a couple pics while I was stranded

i think i might have a similar problem, when i start my car and reverse out of my drive its fine a bit but on my 1st acceleration i hit 2.8 RPMs then when i start moving forward the RPMs stick at 2-4 then i gotta floor the car in 1st gear until it unsticks, anyone know what that is?

Plus insurance should cover the towing fees, i would assume. my friend just had an even worse weekend, went to the keys ( the boonies ) and his tire completely blew off, on a bridge between 2 keys, so he drove almost a mile on his rim, he's got some white Motegi 7 spokes I belive, and he parked his car on some nature walk thing. his friend called him a few days later saying his car had orange stickers on it and looked liek it was going ot be towed, went down there yesterday w/ 2 new tires to replace the one that was on it's threads and the blown tire and he's got lock nuts. found out his car was broken into and his surfboard, skateboard, CD book, tent and amp were stolen from his car and his passenger window was broken and you know what else... his lock nut wrench was stolen too.. WHO THE FUCK STEALS A WRENCH!? anyways so he had to get the car towed and his insurance is covering it, and his broken window. but that definately sucks, cus down in the keys, there are NO signs of life ANYWHERE!!! the closest towing company for him was like 30 miles south of where he was, and he wanted to go north. thumbsdown

seriously, when you abandon a car you take everything out, its more painful to have it all stolen then to reinstall stuff

well dude, we live about 3 1/2 hrs away from the keys, the keys is like north dakota, there isn't a sign of civilization for miles in any direction, plus the car that we picked him up in, was a CLK Mercedes roadster, that thing is tiny, no way you can fit all his shit in there.
