I think toyota did an excelent job with the stock celica gauges... after all of the gauges I've switched around through, Im back to running stock gauges again. They are clear and easy to read.. they have the perfect contrast for quickly glansing down to see the speed/tach and then back up to the road again... and they don't shine 100watts of bright light into my face as I drive home at 3am in the morning grin

Ove the past 3 years I've had a the following different gauges installed - they all look real nice, but they each leave much room for improvement rolleyes

I think the stock ones are great also. I'm not really down with the indiglos or the 3D gauges. Oh well. Everyone has their own preference. At least you know what you like. thumbsup

Same here. What do you think of the silver TRD gauges? I think it also flows good with the interior of the car. But thats just my two cents.

The stock gauges have the best styling to them thumbsup
All you have to do is change the LEDs for them and then you got some sweet gauges!
I am running the AC Reverse Indiglo in mine and i love em!

I agree, I love the stock gauges, the only reason I went with after markets was because I don't like the orange color.

I must agree, I like my stock gauges, the only thing I did for them is paint the gauge bezel chrome. Looks great against the black background! thumbsup

I got to sit in a Subaru STi over the weekend, and let me tell you I LOVE their gauges. When you power them on the whole car stays dark, then only the needles light up bright red, they sweep all the way up to the top of their gauges then sweep back down. On the way back down the pink "STi" logo lights up slowly. When the needles hit 0 again all the rest of the lights fire up in the car. Then they were clear to read, with the huge tach in the center and a smaller speedometer in the lower right (cuz we all know Tach is more important!). It was a thing of beauty smile
