Do you think it is worth it to get a turbo and run on 4psi? How much gain should i expect with that amount of boost?

Depends on what kit you are going with. Are you in a GT or GTS? 4psi will put you at almost 200 to the wheels in a GT, a GTS will be just a little more than 200 to the wheels. That is if you have a good setup.

he said in a GT you get 200 whp and in a GTS you get a bit more
