keep your eyes on the road when in motion!!  ...don't drink anything and drive ... coffee spills!! My Sister's '04 RSX got hit sandwhiched last nite. Car was just 6 months old.. Here's what took place.. 3 cars were involved.. all 2000++ models.. Cliff notes version..  2000 Ford Truck hit's --> 2004 RSX then hits into --> 2001 Nissan Sentra semi-Detailed version..  A the driver of the Ford truck was drinking coffee then it spilled and he looked down for a split second... he stopped/hit into the RSX's rear..which was stopped at the stop light. Thus then pushed my sisters car into a Nissan Sentra's rear in front of her.. RSX condition..The front bumpers holes that hold onto the car are torn off and the radiator is pushed in.. Note* Headlamps are perfect  The rear is bent out of shape so structual damage is evident. Trunk can't open.. The other cars...The Nissan sentra just needs a new bumper strutual damage minimal... The only damaged to the truck..was a slight bend in the chrome bumper Ford Tuff indeed..  Sister's condition..  she's okay, gonna get checked by the Doc later but she hit her head againt the hole in upper portion of the seat where darn Honda put in plastic ..neck hurts a bit.. Any advice I got screwed over when I got hit.. shop charged 3k for everything and they did a terrible job, insurance company even recommended them

last night i though only the front bumper was messed up a bit but turns out the radiator took a hit from everything too..

and the not so happy front end.. i took the bumper off right now .. maybe we could get a kit for it.. or just go stock  i know nothing about rsx stuff..

let's all go out and buy a ford truck so we all can play bumper cars... When I arrived on the scene with my folks.. after everything was clearing out the dood was even saying.. destruction derby in a jokying way.. but he's addmitting everything so all is good

damn erick that sucks im glad ur sis aint messed up yeah you should sue the insurrance company my friend got hit in the back so hard his glasses fell off he has some minimal spine injuries it was a hit and run and lucky for him i followed the car and got thier license plate number

With all that body damage I would not be surprised if damages are between 9-11,000.

Nah usually has to be 60% or more of the value of hte car to total it.
You'd have to be up near 15 I believe to total that rsx.

that sux bro. i just wrecked my car today with the celica being discontinued and all these accidents involving a toyota or a acura and a ford in the mix i think theres a conspiracy to get rid of all the celicas and rsx ... the truth is out there im glad your sis is ok though

insurance shop is the cheapest place to get your car fix, and they are the worse.
take your car to the best shop, that's around your town. Not the cheapest, because money makes them work harder

What the hell is up with the accidents all of a sudden? I seem to be hearing more of them happening lately. Nah usually has to be 60% or more of the value of hte car to total it.
You'd have to be up near 15 I believe to total that rsx. How do you know this? You total any Hondas in your time?

It's just by whats worth it to the insurance company that is all. How do you know this? You total any Hondas in your time?

Man... that sucks. Looks like nearly the same situation as my accident. My Celi looks like it's tougher than the RSX was though.

BRO!!!! GET A DAMN [email]LAWYER@!!!!!!...I'm[/email] damn near one (finishing school), and if you were in GA I'd help you. They will work off of a contingency, which means that if they don't get everything paid for then you don't have to pay...they just take like 33% of the settlement. WE do that here...someone like you would walk in and show us what happened...you get us the doctors bills and a police report, we get all of your expenses paid, from medicals, to prescriptions, to lost wages, to a rental car, etc...and then based on your medicals we talk to them about compensation for pain and suffering, and take our 33% out of that. its pretty standard practice, actually...I'll put it to you this way...insurance people are trained to weasel out of paying. If me and you are playing a game and I know all the rules and you know nothing, then who's gonna win????? that's how the insurance companies work...A LAWYER IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!...and they will work without a deposit or anything...and if they do nothing then you are not out of pocket for their time...call around and get one that works on CONTINGENCY...good luck bro..., and glad your sis is ok
