cover around cusom stereo

I've got an IVA-c800 monitor and DVA 5205 DVD player mounted in my dash. i've seen some pics of covers for the holes on either side of the stereo. where did you guys get those??

it is usually a custom job for fill it in...but there are units made that covers them if you have two single din units on top of each other. www.crutchfield.com [crutchfield.com]
I think they have what you want...not really sure what your setup looks like.
