as the topic says, where would i buy the factory color paint? i have a liquid silver celica 1d0

You can buy it fron the dealer or you can just look on the inside of your drivers side door. There is a sticker that tells you.

You can get it in any size you want - gallons, spray cans, touch up pens.

touch up pens are ok for small spots, but if you're painting something like a bumper, you'll first have to make sure your car isn't more than two years old, otherwise you'll want to blend it. if it's more than two years old some colors have different alternates due to fading.
